Refund Policy

At LisT MiT, we aim to ensure full satisfaction with our services and data solutions. Because our platform provides immediate access to proprietary marketing data and credits, we operate under a **no-refund policy** once credits or subscriptions are purchased.

1. Non-Refundable Purchases

All purchases of credits, subscriptions, or data access plans are final. Once your account has been credited or activated, refunds will not be issued under any circumstance, including partial usage or early cancellation.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if there has been a duplicate payment due to a billing error on our side. In such rare cases, you may contact our support team at support@listmit.com within **7 days** of the transaction for review.

3. Service Credits

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to purchased credits or data, LisT MiT may, at its sole discretion, provide equivalent replacement credits rather than a monetary refund.

4. Responsibility of the User

It is the user’s responsibility to review available plans, pricing, and data usage terms before completing any purchase. Activation of credits signifies acceptance of these conditions.
