If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided that platform usage has been minimal.
2. Credit Usage
LisT MiT operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to access platform features such as data enrichment, AI analysis, and CRM-related actions. Once credits have been substantially used, refunds may not be available.
3. Billing Errors
If you experience duplicate charges or billing errors, please contact us within 7 days. Verified issues will be eligible for a full refund.
4. Service Issues
In cases of technical issues that significantly affect access to the platform, we may offer partial refunds or service credits at our discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be granted in cases of misuse of the platform, violation of Terms of Service, or significant consumption of credits.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles. However, fees for the current billing period are non-refundable once the platform has been accessed or used.
Refunds are only applicable if there has been no significant usage of the platform, including but not limited to credit consumption, data exports, or feature access.
