2. Subscription and Billing

By subscribing to a LisT MiT plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise), you agree to pay the fees indicated for that service. Payments are processed through secure global gateways (e.g., Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or Stripe).

• Credit System: Each plan provides a specific amount of usage credits. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless specified.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who have used less than 10% of their plan's credits. If you are unsatisfied, please contact support@listmit.com. Beyond this period or usage limit, payments are generally non-refundable due to the digital nature of our data insights.

4. Data Protection and GDPR

LisT MiT is committed to data privacy. We act as a Data Processor for the information you manage within our CRM. You, the user, act as the Data Controller. You are responsible for complying with local data protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) when reaching out to prospects discovered via the platform.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the platform for illegal spamming activities.
• Attempting to reverse engineer the AI models or scraping LisT MiT's own database.
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

LisT MiT provides business intelligence based on publicly available data and AI analysis. While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not warrant that the information is always up-to-date. LisT MiT is not liable for any business losses resulting from the use of our data.
